Asics fans are patiently twiddling their thumbs in anticipation of the afew x Asics “Koi” collaboration that is set to officially release on May 30th, but the German shop has a little something planned prior to the official release. Today, they present the “Black Koi”, a one-of-one creation that was release through an auction, with all the proceeds going directly to the Children-Hospice Regenbogenland in Düsseldorf, Germany. In addition to the unique black accents, this rare piece will come with “Black Koi” lace dubrae, special insoles detailing the history of the afew “Japan Day” festivities, and a special red-painted wooden box by Kwills.
